They have the rudest people answering the phones. Every single time I call their it’s the same nasty attitudes. Not helpful at all. Very short. Latoya is one of them. I’ve started taking names because they really should be without a job. This is a sensitive place to work. Bad attitudes need to work elsewhere. Once you get beyond the front desk and the initial phone call it’s ok.

I have gone to Hillandale facility for years and always had a wonderful, caring, and personable techs. Today's appointment was quite different. The tech Tori was rude, unfriendly and pushy. She made my visit more than unpleasant. I really hope she learns to talk to people on a friendly professional level. You never know what one is going through before, during and after a mammogram. Everything and everyone else was great, except the tech.

Shout out to mammography tech Lorie Parish! She's fabulous. A few weeks ago she helped me with an insurance issue and with getting my appointment rescheduled. I could have unknowingly made a huge mistake. She assisted me medically and financially. Thanks!
