Normally I eat Hibachi inside... But today ordered the food To Go. I don't normally do reviews... But I'm so disappointed and disgusted. Noticed the portion size is much smaller. The chicken did not look Hibachi and funny. After taking a bite, it was overly chewy and tasted like raw chicken. I can tell the chicken was laying out awhile and dried out before they cooked it. Some of the vegetables were still raw. The rice tasted horrible like it was cooked on a burnt stove. I paid $60 on food for my family and we can't even eat it... I'd give a 1 star rating if it wasn't for they have the best Japanese food I've ever had when we eat Hibachi inside the restaurant and watch them cook the food... A family member said last time she ordered TO GO food tasted horrible too. I can tell this is an ongoing issue. TO GO should have the same quality as eating inside especially with how $$$ the food is. After today... I'm wondering what it's like in their kitchen and if they would pass a health inspection. This really bothers me because I love their food.

Where do I begin? This place is in need of a deep clean. Sauce splatters on wall. Cobwebs in the corner. Air vents caked with dust and dirt. General dirty feel. Chairs are very old and look like my dog chewed on them. We did see some people sit down, look around and leave. Yum yum sauce tasted odd. Can't place the flavor, definitely some in house concoction. Chicken tasted like fish, and rubbery.

Ordered take out bento box, u get alot of food, wish the bento box was not in Styrofoam containers. Soup was basically broth with 5 noodles at the bottom. I'm sure it would have been different if we ate inside. Will try again.
