It took almost two hours to obtain a new license. Ms. Potts was very courteous and attentive. Someone called in today. Hope it is the exception.

Went to take the permit test. We brought everything that the website said we needed and the lady at the front desk informed us we needed more documents. Because of this we had to wait for the other documents to come in and so we were late signing in so they made us wait even though we were technically on time. Some of the ladies were sweet though.

Just had a few questions that i could not find on the website. patiently waited on the automated phone directory for a minute and my call was picked up by Shelby. what a wonderful experience. answered all my questions and offered additional information I had not considered to ask about. I started out my conversation with respect, and was rewarded with an enjoyable experience with a DMV employee... Kudos to the wonderful staff in Colombia

I visited the DMV yesterday and am very disappointed with the service. My identifying document (passport) was denied. It turns out the reason it was denied was because the clerk entered my information incorrectly. This error was discovered by a clerk at the Antioch office.. the clerk in Columbia did not take the time to review her data entries.. this error cost me not only my time,, but $52 because I was told I needed my birth certifi ate...which it turns out I didn't (I had already ordered it before the Antioch office found the entry error. clerk clerk tr

Do l need appointment for driving license
What day you do drivers test
The phone number on the website is no good....
I don't know the exact answer, but I can say you can never have too much stuff. Proof of residency I.E. copy of bills. Current or old DL,maybe even birth certificate. They are crazy about paperwork these days.
If you are trying to get your CDL driver's license you will need your birth certificate to prove the address and physical card then you would have to make appointment with the highway patrol and then let us know and we will bring you in that day and train you and that afternoon we will take you down and let you take the actual test we charge $450 and we guarantee it
Call them and ask or it would probably be easier to go by and check on it.Maybe it just got lost in the mail.
Yes they do
