Maintenance was handled excellent. They came in less than an hour and fixed the issue. Then a vendor came and vaccumed all the water up. Fastest service I've ever had and the Manager Michelle was kind and really seemed concerned about my issue.

So far I've had nothing but good neighbors and staff interactions. The community is very well maintained and staffed. Everyone minds their own business and its mostly quiet. As long as you don't live downstairs like me you'll be fine otherwise you'll hear stair surfing and what sounds like clog dancing into the whee hours of the night. Haha Very pet friendly and all around i feel safe here. They will work with you and help you keep your house if your down and out and struggling on rent. The apts are actually really nice. 3 bedrooms are worth the looking at. $855 a month and when you put your app in there's no deposit. Best parts are as stated -pet friendly, barely bother you, and you only pay the part of the rent from the date you begin living in the apt to the 3rd which is due date so basically a prorated amount for your move in. Water is included but you pay your lights. If you want somewhere that's affordable does low income as well as regular rent this place is amazing. Michelle is one of the nicest property managers and fully the best at running this place. So is the other girl in the office (sorry I can't remember her name). The maintenance is on site and very accurate. Fast responses. Call make an appt to come see the property its amenities are great its on the edge of Columbia and Springhill. Closest to the interstate.
