I called today to ask a few questions and the woman on the phone was extremely nasty and hung up on me. I called back because I wanted to ask her name but was told I didn't speak to anyone there (haha).. its very sad that our tax payer dollars fund these nasty people who clearly don't want to do their job. Ugh, do better.

I have been to the assessor's office several times for various issues. The staff is always pleasant and has helped me with everything that I need patiently and efficiently. I've never had to wait long or suffer an unpleasant experience. In fact, they have always been friendly and helpful.
