They need to get with the times. There isn't a website you can go to too look up court dockets like most counties have. You can't even look and see if you have tickets or fines and fees. You have to call instead.

My wife and I just got our passports from the circuit court. The ladies were super kind and patient and gave us new forms when we found out one of the ones we printed out online was incorrect. The passports arrived in less than two weeks! The last time I did this was in Altlanta and it took 3 months! 5 stars! Thanks so much for your help!

If you want to do a PUBLIC records search in Maury County TN, which is available online for most counties in the US, guess what? You can't. You can go there in person and look it up, or hire a "research group" to do it for you. Ah! what creativity to provide the minimally legal service to the taxpayer. You have to hire someone or waste a day and do it yourself. So much for "open government". Another example of political corruption alive and well in Tennessee in 2017.

The put out a warrant for FTA which typically gives you an automatic 10 days in jail.😞
Call the court clerk office and be prepared to give the the case number and names of the opposing party (or the opposing kawyer). Explain to the clerk the reason why you can't get there (and it needs to be a real emergency!) Don't wait till the last minute to ask for a postponment. Get the name of the person you speak to. If the clerk can't help, try to call the judges assistant. Most importantly, try to come even if it means being late, showing uo late is better than not showing up at all.
YOU never know in this town.If I was you and it's bad in the morning I'd be calling the courthouse as soon as the open in the morning.Columbia has the worst court system I've ever seen.That just my opinion brother
