You don’t need to be on SSI but you do have to have a disability and provide proof of that disability and how it impairs your ability to work.

I'm in desability & I have a letter they call "Ticket to Work" I am in the process to found out it The ACCES-VR can help me to find a job with my Musculoskeletal problem. You need a copy of your IEP, if you have it, and send an application to the office.
