I may have had a good experience, but a week later my son took his dog who needed treatment and he was left sitting outside in his car for over a hour in 93 degree weather with a crying dog. At this time I still don't know if he was seen. I can understand a emergency, but they could have called him. This is totally unacceptable and depending on how this visit for him works out, we may not be back.
