I have at least 3 car with Firestone currently, more in the past, for their life time alignment service. This LI FS store is At best average, I live in NYC and rather drive 1:15 to a NJ Firestone location for my services, it might be too busy at this LI location, services less than ideal

Excellent customer service. Stopped in for a new set of tires. The tires I needed were not in stock. They arranged a transfer from another store and scheduled an appointment for when they arrived. I arrived for my appointment on time, they swapped out my new tires for the old, performed a wheel alignment and I was on my way in under 2 hours. You can't complain with results like that. I will definitely be coming back.
