Definitely recommend them! I ordered flower arrangements for my dad's funeral and the girl I spoke with on the phone was very professional and kind. I then received a voicemail the next day stating they were not going to get the delivery in time for the type of flowers I ordered but that if I was okay with them upgrading to others, no additional charge, they would do so and I didn't even need to call back, they just said consider it taken care of. I was fine with it so I didn't call back and the day of the funeral I walked in to the arrangements they sent and they were absolutely breathtaking. I went here several months ago for the first time on recommendation from my father. I'm 22 and my partner is 23 and we went in and the lady asked what we were searching for and we just said we were browsing the selection and generally seeing the quality this florist was. The woman gave us a weird look and I can only assume it was because we were young, probably looked like we didn't come from a place of money and said we weren't looking to purchase immediately. Well they had this glass case that had a sign saying that you could walk in and browse the pre-made selection of bouquets that were probably already purchased. And we were looking around and she comes in and says "actually you guys aren't allowed in here" I'm not sure why she said that as if we were going to mess with the flowers... I'm not sure but it overall seemed like the woman there was judging us for not placing an order immediately. So we pointed out the sign which said we could enter and we apologized and she just kind of brushed it off. She kept watching us the entire time as if we were going to mess with something so we left. It left a bad taste in our mouths. And a poor first impression on their part. I let my father know and we as a family will not be purchasing from them further.
