I have been going to the Bridge Street Coffee shop for several months. The service is excellent and the food is ok but very pricey. The staff is extremely friendly and work hard. However they have a printed special that is running from August 15, 2022 to September 15, 2022. It states on the sheet get your favorite coffee and or lunch and receive a 15% discount. When I questioned the owner, he stated that didn't apply to everything on the menu. That should have clearly been stated on the printed material displayed in the establishment. They are not honoring what the printed material states. I will not patronize a business that doesn't treat the customer in a proper fashion. Please don't advertise a discount, and then refuse to honor what is in writing. The owner wasn't concerned with my satisfaction. He has lost a customer over a minimal amount of money. Not very transparent.
