Ordered the 3 piece big box, only got 2 pieces and the soda machine dispensed only water when I selected the SOBE berry pomegranate. No, it was not my error, I know how to use a soda dispenser. When I tried calling for 2 days, I kept getting disconnected.

The last couple of times I've been here I asked for bbq sauce and it's like the person working the drive thru straight up ignores what I asked for. Like how hard is it to throw a couple of bbq sauces in a bag when you can fill it to the brim with butter and honey sauce. I would also like to mention they weren't even busy there was maybe one person behind us but I swear the dude rushed us away. Also the inside is closed which I found weird just because a lot of places have the inside open even if it's just to order. I couldn't go inside to ask for the sauce. I JUST WANTED SAUCE BRO!

Ok I got a famous spicy bowl, got home they put bbq sauce on it instead of spicy sauce. Then drove up there got my corrected order, got back home.......They put only spicy sauce on it and no gravy! Waisted a hour of my time in hope they’d get it right. But nope. These people there are idiots!! They need to clean out their management.
