The 3.5 review on google is due to nobody understanding cost (Every bad review is about price increases people experienced). You don't stay in business building homes for more cost than what you sell them for. We walked into 20K instant equity once our house was done so I would say it was worth it. It was completed 4 months after the quote due to supply chain issues. The house is built well and value for what we paid. They did follow up on their warranty issues. Communication was tough but they got the job done. I hired them to build me a house; not become my friend!

When buying everything is great but once you are forced to cancel the contract because they took too long (over 12 months) to build your home and then increased the price a little over $50k you are no longer a priority. I have been waiting for a refund of my deposit for over 6 weeks now. Things are not done in a timely manner, I don't get call backs but have to constantly be the one calling. Very disappointed! Wasted a whole year of my life waiting.
