Overall, the food was good. Service was very poor. Our party was in two stalls. We arrive at the same time. We waited at least 20 mins to get a response (for one car). We got our food...let them know we have another car in the next stall. Staff said ok. We still waited. Car on the other side pulled up got order placed. Our 2nd car still waiting. My husband got out and let them know we never got our order placed. The lady says that stall is broke. Omg right. Then had to proceed to the drive thru. I'm just saying help us help you. Let us know you are really short staff. Please post which stall(s) are broken. I have a kind heart for hard workers which I know you are. I know a lot of establishments are short staffed. Please make it easier for us to make it easier for you. Thank you!

The girl at the drive thru window was so unbelievably rude and kept saying she tired of being here while the window was open. Then just shoves the food at me and doesn't even say anything like have a good day thank you or do you anything. When u order on the intercoms she just says pull up like um ok. She needs to be away from customers seriously if you hate your job that much.

Mrs. Keisha has excellent customer service nice smile. I didn't have to wait long on my food she was fun, fast, and friendly generous and kind. She put my condiments in my bag without me having to ask I will visit again positive attitude and vibe!!!

Great job Antwan! He is definitely the kind of employee you appreciate working the late night shift-especially on a holiday like 4th of July which is the night we stopped by for a late night snack after the fireworks shows. He was great and he really takes his job seriously. He didn’t rush through our order and made sure he double checked every item. On top of that, he wished us a Happy Fourth. That’s the type of customer service you hope for and don’t always receive right before closing. He is a great asset because of the character he exhibits, especially when you think no one is watching. Thanks for ending our night for us with a smile!

I'm wanting to know why do the employees feel that it's ok to SERVE OLD ASS FOOD TO THE CUSTOMERS..MY LAST TJREE TIMES COMING HERE WAS BAD..ALL BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS COLD. I FEEL LIKE I PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THE FOOD SO WHY CANT MY FOOD BE HOTT AND FRESH

That sonic is aweful. They always are slow and the food tastes like it has sat for a while. Which it does the meat sits in a steamer.
