Update: on our first time out we had issues with the electric leveling system. After many attempts we called our salesman, Adam Thornton, who even on a very busy Saturday got us connected to service. We worked via text with Cord, who happened to be on vacation in North Carolina but still took time to give us directions. When that failed Adam got us to Farhood in Service who once again on a very busy Saturday talked us through several options. We finally came to the conclusion that it needed hands on by the experts. We drove to Bish's, didn't even get out of the truck and were directed back to the service bays. There was Farhood and Zach waiting by the door for us. Zach jumped right in and was able to diagnose and fix our issue within minutes. We were on our way with a smile and a hand shake within 30 minutes. The fact that all this happened on a Saturday really tells you that Bishs is more than willing to go above and beyond. In fact they went so far above that they probably haven't touched back down to earth yet. Thank you too all above mentioned employees of Bishs RV. We greatly appreciate you!!! The absolute easiest buying process from any dealer we have dealt with in the past. Adam and Andrew kept us on track the entire time. The crew on pick up day was informative and helpful in every way. We think this will be our last unit but if we decide to buy again we will definitely go back to Bish's. Thanks Adam for your patience too.

As we walked by the sales manager’s office to look at trailers, he came out to greet us with a smile and a welcoming handshake. He made sure to come out and speak to all the customers. Our salesman, Don, was a pleasant man as well. Worked with us to negotiate a fair price, but never felt that cheesy “car salesman” like attitude. I’d recommend checking them out.

We originally went to Bish’s to check out some campers due to a friend, Syd Fenner, who worked there. Syd worked very hard (even on his days off) making sure we didn’t have any issues. He set us up with Adam Thornton who was more than helpful. Adam walked us through every camper we wanted to check out and listened to our requests on what we wanted with our camper! If you are looking for a personable sales guy, find the one with the legendary mustache! On pickup day, we were walked through our camper and had every question met in detail with Dave Baldwin. He was very knowledgeable and took his time breaking down every part of the camper for us first time owners! Eric Hughes got the hitch installed on my husbands truck and again was able to show us how to safely tow our camper! Eric was great to work with and made us feel comfortable taking the camper home. The walkthrough and hitch installment was done in a very timely manner with no issues! We worked with David Diaz via zoom call who went over all of our coverage benefits and plans and he was very easy and pleasant to work with! Lastly we worked with Trevor Holm to sign all paperwork. He was great and to the point! He even stayed after hours to make sure we got everything done and didn’t have questions. Thank you to Bish’s In Eldridge for everything. We cannot wait to continue to work with you in our future for all our camping needs! Shoutout to Adam for snagging a picture of us in our brand new camper before we pulled of the lot!

All the guys at Bish’s, in Eldridge, we’re great to deal with! Our salesman, Nick was very helpful with the whole process! Toby at the parts counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. Only issue was the wait time. The guys getting the campers ready were busting the backs, but maybe just needed some more help to speed things up a bit. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a camper.
