Great location on S.Boulder Rd. Never wait for equipment here. Only 1 fly machine though, other than that 5 stars!

I like this place! Not super busy, the machines and the app explains very well on how you use their services. The showers is a hit or miss or in between when it comes with the water temperature. The massage machine is a must try. Other than that, all is wonderful!

The red light therapy at Plant Fitness in Louisville, CO is actually bright white light, not red, as shown in other red light therapy photos across the web. Can you explain? Thanks!

Hi there, Cara. The color of the bulbs tends to vary between clubs. According to our research, the white bulbs create the same effect as the red bulbs.
