I know businesses are short staffed. But it's two years after Covid hit and they still aren't open inside. This is not good. Most businesses have been open inside for a while. There drive-thru line was backed up in the parking lot and people were trying to come in. There was no sign on one of the doors. It was just locked. The one taking the order and taking the money needs to be trained to have more nice. The business needs to train their employees like Chick-fil-A. And also train them to move the line faster. You might get more employees if the ones you have acted like they wanted to be there and were happy to have a job.
