In the same way that we use a pen to write letters, God used men to write His Word. Moses wrote alot of the old testament, paul wrote much of the new, matthew, mark, luke, and john wrote the gospels, david wrote many of the psalms, solomon wrote many of the proverbs and Ecclesiastes. Many different authors telling a cohesive story without error over many hundreds of years is our proof that God wrote it. Prophecy is God feeling the future, and there are over 300 specific prophecies foretelling details of who the Messiah (Jesus) would be hundreds of years before He came. Read psalm 22, then compare it to exactly what happened on the cross, down to specific detail His death was foretold. Also Isaiah 53, another chapter foretelling of Jesus. I reccomend checking out some of Dr William Lane Craig's videos on youtube if you need help beleiving the Bible and you're sincere. He's very studied and can break it down better than I could!
