Generally this UPS store is great, the only problem is I have a post office box there, and at least three times I have gotten somebody else’s mail in my box. It makes me wonder if my mail is ever put in somebody else’s box by mistake. It seems like whoever is sorting the mail just doesn’t pay much attention to what they are doing or is doing it in such a rush that they make mistakes often…

DO NOT USE FOR AMAZON RETURNS THEY DONT GIVE YOU PROPER TRACKING NUMBERS TO TRACE RETURNS. GO TO WHOLE FOODS YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK THE SAME DAY. HAVENT REC'D REFUND FROM UPS STORE RETURN AND CANT TRACE THE PKG AT ALL. WHEN STORE CONTACTED THEY SAID GOOD LUCK THEY HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKING IT EITHER. COMPLETELY NUTS! BAD SYSTEM IN PLACE!
