Quoted me an outrageous price for simple work and labor over the phone, and told me the diagnostic fee was $99. I showed up to pay the diagnostic fee and they attemped to charge me over $118. Stay clear of this place.

The team there is amazing. I was having some trouble with my brake lights and they got me in immediately. One of my biggest concerns is always whether or not I’m being ripped off at a mechanic shop and with them it’s no question that they have integrity. As it turns out, I only had a loose wire and they tightened it for me and didn’t charge me. They could’ve said that I needed anything done and charged me hundreds of dollars but they didn’t. They also did a courtesy inspection and made a recommendation that I get my brake fluid flushed, which I gladly did knowing that they were honest and would not have recommended it if I didn’t really need it. Jacob and the team were awesome and I won’t go anywhere else from here on out.

Best auto repair shop in Clay County. The manager is great to work with and they do a great job taking care of my cars. Edit: this location is under new management. RPM-Fleming is the only place I’ve ever taken my car for service. I made an appointment two days prior for regular service. Got there and they didn’t have the oil filter and didn’t know what kind of oil to use. After waiting 20 minutes for them to create the service order, they finally admitted it was going to take them a while to do simple scheduled service as they’d have to get the filter brought over from another location. In the past the manager always ensured that things were ready to go if I’d called ahead for an appointment. I couldn’t wait for them to get this sorted out and had to leave. I’m currently looking for a new place to service my car. New management at this location is no good.
