They don’t care if you’re in pain. I was told to wait until my appointment which is 2 weeks from the day I complained. Oh, and also it’s very hard to get in touch with someone. They send you to voicemail and don’t even respond or call back. Over it.

I am giving this review because my mom is in pain all the time. They do not care if she hurting or not. She has a hair line fracture in the shoulder and in lower back herniated disc and bulging disc. All the doctor what to do is give injections. I am sorry but this is not right my mother should not suffer and she takes 3 pain medication away. This is so crazy.

the drs and staff here are really nice. they listen to you and what is going on. and dont just assume things... and they give you options of treatments. and explain what diff treatments will do to help. i have eds and it is very hard to find a dr who knows about it. and how to maintain or manage it. instead of just saying "its all in your head". or its not a real issue. all in all i am happy everytime i leave this office.
