So we bought about $10,000 in furniture, they told us the had to build it and could take some time. After 5 months now most are here however the sofa is missing from the living room set. We asked the Manager to call us, well no call back. Finally , we went to store today, the Manager was not a nice person at all. She said that she could not call us back because she did not have our paperwork, she even told us that our paperwork was “out of state” (seriously she said this). Maybe someone can teach this Management person how to use a computer and look up a customers order by name and phone number? Horrible customer service, most importantly, you have ZERO end date before you can expect your ordered items. They don't tell you this when you buy it. The contract in small print says 25 weeks +, the + means “no end date for delivery”. So guess what, we are just getting chairs with no couch after 5+ months so far. Then all of a sudden the Manager said to us “you might get it on or before 10/24/2022”. Once again, so nobody could call us and tell us this? We drove 45 minutes to the store. This Manager was the ABSOLUTE worst and so sarcastic like someone from a bad sitcom in the 1980’s. We like Lazy Boy, we hate this Manager. If we buy again, it will be from a different LazyBoy store. There is NO WAY this Manager belongs talking to customers, if so then she belongs working with the night crew at a bad fast food place. She was just so RUDE. Sorry not sorry, i was embarrassed for her. She was not apologetic at all for our large order not coming, she kept saying read your contract. The contract is more like buying a “time share” vs buying furniture.

UPDATED:. La-z-boy sent a nice gentleman out for service on my new recliner several days after it was delivered. The gentleman had it working in just a few minutes. He said someone didn't have the electric cable locked in underneath very well so up on transporting and use, the connection quit. He tested the cable in locked positions and it has been working beautifully ever since! Thank you Sir!! My supposedly brand new electric recliner was delivered yesterday (8-2-22). The recliner wasn't in a box but covered with moving blankets. I honestly think it's the floor model because no sooner did the delivery guys leave, I was enjoying my recliner but when I went to get up, the button for the legs on my supposedly brand new $1800 plus electric recliner WOULD NOT WORK !!!! I hadn't had it 30 minutes!!!! So I called the store and a sales lady answered. I told her what happened and she acted as if I couldn't understand the signs/drawings on the remote. I was switched over to customer service, which I haven't seen any signs of from the voicemail I was transferred to and no one has called me back!!!! You know how great a company is by customer service AFTER the sale!!! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with La-Z-Boy's sale tactics as of now..... I'm definitely not impressed especially for the price!!!! I also think it's a floor model but wasn't asked if I was interested in the floor model nor given a discount for it being a floor model!!! I have an $1800 plus electric recliner that I had to literally climb out of with my back surgeries/ arthritis and can't use!!! To top this off service AFTER the sale isn't contacting me either!!!!

In the beginning they seemed to be empathetic to our needs (my mom was terminal, declining rapidly, and we needed to have the whole family together for her last Christmas. She wanted brand new furniture in both living rooms to ensure we had enough seating for everyone.) We went into the Fleming Island location the day after Thanksgiving.

No we don't. There are upholstery shops in Orange Park that prefer La-z-boy repairs. Call around.
They will tell you for any custom furniture, which is basically anything except the floor models, it is 16 week delivery time frame. If you decide to go with a floor model style, you're not getting the actual unit in the store, but their warehouse stocks these units regularly, so you can get it much sooner. I purchased a recliner sofa last month and expect delivery before Christmas.
