They are falling apart. I have been with them almost two years and they used to be wonderful. But now it seems like no matter what clerk you talk to, they don't know what they're doing. Nobody has the knowledge to help you. And when you call you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get someone to finally answer the phone. I am just very disappointed in their service right now.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
