Bad customer service. As a first time bride trying on a dress, I was excited. The store, albeit old and creeky, was impressive with the amount of dresses available. My sisters and I had fun looking around the first couple minutes on our own, but then soon realized we had little to no help at all when we needed it. My agent was with another client, so I get she would have to shuffle back and forth, but they were with them the whole time. I was growing disheartened and stressed because dresses I'd pick out weren't working for me and I needed advice or direction. My sister ended up telling the agent something after I had cried a bit in frustration..and after that, the agent tried to help, but we received ugly looks the rest of our stay there. I'm afraid to go shop anywhere else, but I need a dress soon.

I was skeptical due to the customer service reviews but decided to book my appointment and see for myself. I'm all about great customer service and I was not disappointed, Jenna was my consultant and she was so polite and helpful. I said Yes to the Dress that very day! Thank you Azteca Bridal! Continuance: I loved my dress when it came in! however due to unpleasant comments from the seamstress I decided to get my dress altered elsewhere she wasn't very friendly and because I had ordered my dress a size smaller it did not close she made a remark about how I was going to need a corset because it wouldn't zip, I explained to her how I would continue to loose weight for it to zip (4 months away from wedding) and she's like yeah well if you don't. Like she just made me feel as though I couldn't and kept saying the price for the corset. After I explained I didn't want a corset because the back of the dress would change. Anywho aside from that wee bit sour experience I definitely recommend Azteca bridal for your bridal and XV dresses!

went here for a maid of honor dress, we were let in to look around and our entire time spent there we had little to no help. we luckily found a dress and ordered it (in january) and they never gave us an ETA for the dress. we called back in March and whoever was on the phone was very snippy stating “well you said your wedding isnt until December so it wont be in until May”. Attitude aside i was just happy to have an ETA. However, May came and went and no call or email. we called back and wouldnt you know “it wont be here until late june, we’ll call you once its in” June came and went and it wasnt until mid JULY we got the dress after calling back AGAIN. we were never notified the dress was in even though the woman on the phone said she had emailed us (which she didnt. we checked our emails every day)! overall, the experience wasnt great, the price was high and not worth the time and effort i had to put in for ONE dress. im just glad i didnt risk it and try to get my wedding gown here. wont be returning.
