First dress buying experience. Was not at all what I expected. While I understand short staffing, my stylist Olivia was seeing myself and another bride at the same time. Only being granted an hour for an appointment and having to share the time with another bride was not feasible or fair, in my opinion. While Olivia was nice, she did not seem interested in helping me find a dress. She hung a few dresses on the rack for me and said, “You can start trying them on, I need to grab a few dresses for the other bride.” No help or guidance. She spent maybe a total of 10 minutes with myself and my Mom. My Mom was actually pinning my dresses for me to see how they would fit. Did not feel like my special day at all. Fell in love with a dress, yet the whole experience definitely made me question it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. 🥲

When I went last week, you wore a face mask and hand sanitizer was available. Make an appointment. They are limiting the number of people in the store.
Yes but make an appointment (short notice is okay) we walked out with one after about 25 options tried on!
Yeah you just call or go into the main desk and show them you have everything in the receipt and if it's not too late you can ask for the change of the mistake.
