Recently visited to sell some items for the first time and was gobsmacked by the staff’s attitude. Was not greeted upon entering, was abruptly told to fill out a form and place my items on a shelf. The staff I encountered never once smiled or made me feel welcomed. It honestly felt like I was I inconveniencing them with my questions and clothing. After placing my items on said shelf, I was called back to take my folded items out of my container, which I did. Then another woman said “No, spread them out.” I said okay and followed her instructions. I was told they’d call me back when they were ready. So I browsed around the store and was called back. The woman showed me what they would accept and said some items would be stored for a few months until spring while the other items they chose would go on the floor immediately. I decided to take some of the items back to which she responded, “whatever.” Then I was told to remove my items from their hangars. So they have a few items of mine to sell, but I won’t be returning. Certainly not a great first impression selling.

We were told by our friends to take items we would like to sell to this place. Staff is so rude and unprofessional. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking the items. They are making commission off our stuff, but they make you feel like they are doing such a service for us. We will not be bringing anything else to this place. I rather just donate to Good Will or Salvation Army. At least they are greatful for your donation.

They do take jewelry but it depends on the brand. Give them a call beforehand if you want to find out before you go in.

Yes I believe they would take it on consignment
They are always looking for clothes. However, they want this from this year and name brand. They don't take anything from Old Navy and lesser brands. Hope this helps.
They do sell used jewelry.
Yes it starts at around 60 dollars and goes up from there depending on what you buy
I just took stuff in a week ago, they are accepting.
