Hate to leave a bad review but if you enjoy having your check held for 3 weeks after payment has cleared then by all means bid with this company however I feel that it is overkill. In addition the UPS store that they recommend charged $120 for a 1 pound item when I have purchased similar items and has shipped from other UPS stores from auction for 30 to 40 dollars this place is a scam all around. Also they do Not accept credit cards

I'm the owner of The UPS Store 3937. I'd like to respond to the negative review. I take full responsibility for the missing items that were shipped from my store.. I reached out to the customer and explained the situation on why the mistake had happened. I told the customer that we were undergoing construction and have new staff training. We do have a process in place going forward to handle the workload. I refunded the customer the full amount for the missing item. The customer was pleased and satisfied with my actions. With that said, this bears no responsibility on Winter Associates. They have been very kind and professional by allowing my store to provide packing & shipping services to their customers. I hope that this mistake will not ruin our relationship going forward.

Located right next to J timothy‘s in Plainville. Gave them a couple of tries consigning things. I found Linda the owner to be not only an absolute pleasure to do business with but helped me sell things in a very timely and professional manner. She knew my belongings far better than I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or give her number to anyone. Full service operation. Thank Linda!

These people were downright rude when i arrived to pick up a small table. No one offered to help me put it in the car. The woman who took payment was also extremely curt and abrupt. I will never do business with these people again.
