I think the youngest is 4 on a 50cc

It seems to be a fairly technical track with more than it's fair share of jumps (singles, doubles and triples) with few long straights. I think they only have one track and one tiny track for kids. While technical and challenging they do run different practice sessions so you could go out with the C class riders and run at your own pace. You can find onboard videos on YouTube but make sure you view a recent video as the track has recently changed
