I initially wrote a very positive review for T-Mobile in the North Hanover Mall 2 years ago when Beckie and Carly worked there. However, we went into the store in early December 2021 upgrade our phones. After talking to the young people in the store, we were told that we could trade our current phones, which were Samsung S20s, to get the new Samsung S21 Ultra. We were told several times that with the trade in and the senior discount, our monthly payment would be approximately $135.00 per month. We thought we hit the lottery. After several months of paying $135.00 per month, the monthly payment went up to 174.00 per month. After several calls to T-Mobile, the cost went down to approximately $140.00 per month. After one or two months, it was back up to $174.00 per month. We just received our invoice for June and it is now over $228.00 per month. We are on a fixed income and this is killing our budget. NO ONE WITH T-MOBILE WILL FIX THIS PROBLEM SO WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE, DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!! I only gave them 1-STAR because I couldn't leave them ZERO!!!!

Yes you can. You can give the account holders main phone number. Even though they may accept payment, they will not under any circumstances give you any account information, including something as seemingly small as how much is owed on the account. It's pretty much like going to a bank and being able to deposit any amount into a given account but they won't allow you to withdraw from the account or give you any personal proprietary info.
What store?
Yes as long as the account holder is military.. stop on and we can give you some more information on the benefits of the military service we provide!!
Yes payments can always be made in store as well as on your tmobilr app. Checks are only taken if they are mailed into tmobile.
