Hi all, just wanted to touch base on a few negative reviews on here (only 2). I would like to first state that our business provides 24/7 live in care for elders that want to stay in the comfort of their own home. We provide one on one care to keep care consistent between the client and caregiver. There is always an adjustment period for both parties. Our goal is to provide the best match and strive to accommodate both caregiver and client. We are sad to see a few negative comments about our company because we have been striving hard to accommodate new clients and their needs. This has proven that we need to follow the our initial path and continue only 24/7 care. Care Plus More has a very caring team who embraces every client personally We learn and grow day by day ❤️ Peace and love ~Heather

I would not recommend this company. They lined up an aide for my father (whom we spent a lot of time training), and then during her second week she did not show up for a shift. We've worked with another agency for 15 years. Never has an aide not showed up. With Care Plus More this occurred within 2 weeks. I understand things happen - there are crises. Yet this aide had contacted the agency to say she might be late. Instead of being proactive or giving us a heads up, the agency waited until she didn't show up. When I started receiving frantic calls about this, one owner didn't answer her phone and the other one was at the beach with bad reception. When they found a replacement aide who showed up two hours later in an Uber, this woman did not know my father or his care needs. There was no real apology or recognition of how serious or stressful this situation was for my dad, myself, and the aide who stayed late to cover. A few days later, when I politely questioned an invoice (I mistakenly thought one night shift would be a pro-rated based on per diem rate), I was told in a snarky manner I could pay even more if I wanted (hourly rate vs. per diem rate). Why would I want to pay more I asked - especially for a shift when the person didn't even show up. They also could have stressed we were paying for a full 24 hours and suggest having their aide stay that long. They did not. All this after a pretty serious mistake was hard to swallow. I'm sure there have been success stories with this company, and I'm certainly not saying the owners are not nice people, but this was our experience. If you do go with this company, go with the 24-7 care (their specialty) and not a 3-day shift (what we did). I wish everyone luck out there finding good care for parents!

I cannot say how thankful I am for this company. Heather and Kristin are head and shoulders above competitors. If your parent is in need for care, don't go to anyone else. I wish them continued success and cannot thank them enough for all the time they have devoted to my dad's well being.

Yeah sure can Elaborate for you very unprofessional when given set timeline giving relieved of the duties of case and then being threatened that be Abandonment by Andmininstration when said you’ve also have scheduled to up kept of yourself Inconveniencing me for timeline care-give for my child . Kristen communicated that my check would be held back for week. I’m first Solution was to ask if her Conservator come sit with the client Kristen mentioned she lives next door She say No she’s extremely busy Then I express again Inconvenience then Kristen calls conservative she said Yes can coming over but didn’t want to even Explore that revenue until I expressed how very unprofessional lack time fames was set and agreed with to whom !

Hi Sindey, not sure why you are questioning our pay schedule on Google rather than talking to us. We are a very respected company that pays our employees on time every week. Our pay schedule is Sunday through Saturday. Today is Monday and our scheduled payroll is done on the following Tuesday. I'm not sure if you are confusing us with another company.
Hi Sidney, I'm sorry that there was a misunderstanding about the time your shift ended, management immediately came to relieve you as soon as we knew about it. Care Plus More has the best interests of our clients and caregivers.
