Not the quality care you want for your loved one. Since May of 2019 I have been through several caregivers. It is now July 1 and we are still trying to “figure it out.” The first one had a medical condition called MS and had trouble walking herself. The second raided my refrigerator and emptied my candy dish. Not to mention discrepancies in her reports to me and my husband . The third was very sweet but did things haphazardly and carelessly and was very unreliable. Her reports were of tasks that were never done! No shows were common for her. The one that might have worked out moved out town. Go figure.

Stopped home this evening between jobs(around 5:45) to find my grandmom (a 24 hour care patient) alone. Turns out she was alone since 4:30. If u hear the phrase "we'll figure it out" when inquiring about service, be smarter than we were. This exact senerio was something we inquired about before starting service. We believed that they would figure it out.
