DO NOT trust this company. After two weeks of a runaround they finally set up a skilled nursing evaluation for my mom, then at 4:45 on Friday just 3 hours after they set up the service they called to tell me that my insurance changed and the service is no longer covered. My mom's insurance is medicare???? They blatantly lied and prevented me from contracting with another company. They could not staff the skilled nursing service that my mom needed and instead of just telling me they dragged me along trying to find staff and when they could not find staff they cancel service form a monday at 4:45 on friday night leaving me with no way to set up needed medical service for my mom.
