After Explaining It Was 10k White Gold And Diamonds And One Was Missing I Still Got Told I Need To Buy A Warrenty When The Ring Is Less Than 2 Months Old. Well After Being Firm And Saying I Didn't Need To Buy A Extended Warrenty She Says Well There Backed Uo Anyway And I Can't Help You. What Kind Of Service Is This These People Need Fired Because I Felt Discriminated And Belittiled And She Wouldn't Even Answer My Fiancees Questions Never Go To This Store.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE PROUD MANAGER AT KAYS IN THE CAPITAL CITY MALL IS BEYOND GROSS. I always remember the service at this location to be poor but based off my most recent experience I am compelled to write a review to hopefully spare you the same service discrimination I received, as well as file a complaint with the BBB and never ever return to the Kay's in the Capitol City Mall for as long as I live. The Employees at the Carlisle Kay's are sweet, & welcoming. I have over 30 diamonds in my engagement ring and had a wedding band made over 14 years ago. To date, I have not had one loose stone in either ring. I am very pleased with the jewelry, the craftsmanship. Too bad the customer service doesn't align.
