Carter was phenomenal from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in on Friday until he rode away on his new bike Monday! Carter was very attentive to our wants and needs without being pushy! Yes. They do have a storage program. Contact their service department for more info.
You don't need a permit to take the Basic Rider Course. I just took it (and passed) with no permit. And after you pass the course they give you a certificate to turn into the MVA for your Motorcycle Endorsement on your driver's license.
Masks
Yes they do. I just finished it. You don't need any experience in riding at all. The course was excellent, the instructors were great also. You will have to take the Motorcycle Safety E-Course prior, but it is included in the enrollment
Most harley dealers do not work on older or heavily customized motorcycles. Check out C&C or Eastern Performance
