This is some of the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my life. Dry. Burnt. Hard. Flavorless. It's a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. I ordered food for an AAU team at 10pm. The guy that took my order said that it would be here in 35-40 minutes. An hour an 15 minutes later I called back and they had not even made the pizza yet. The employee didn’t seem to care that their service was terrible. Definitely go somewhere else.

Find another meal alternative. Order was placed online and was quoted 52-62 minutes. Called the store after 62 minutes and no one picked up the phone after 6 minutes so I hung up. Called again the same thing happened. Order was showing online that my order was still being prepped at the 60 minute mark. Order changed stages to quality check at at the 75 minute mark. I called the store back again to see if this was accurate and the manager finally answered and said that ordering online doesn’t give actual wait time, just a general estimate. Manager said that the order should be delivered 10-15 minutes later putting the delivery time at almost 2 hours. I asked the manager for some sort of a discount since the order is extremely late and the manager said he could only cancel the order. Doesn’t make sense to pay full price for a service that wasn’t rendered as quoted so I’ll be reporting the full charge to my bank. Understand that there are staff shortages but I would have found alternative meal plans if I knew that the wait was going to be this long and online delivery isn’t accurate. Find food elsewhere.

Estimated wait time was 30-40 minutes for this location that is only 3 MINUTES away from me. Took well over an hour to come and the drink was missing, no dipping sauces that I paid for an cold pizza. The driver Kevin told me he would be back with the drink but never came! Wow wonderful delivery service. 3/5 is generous for this store. They dont deserve any more than 2 stars.
