Unprofessional, both employees tonight rather play on their phones than help several customers. Could hear very loudly both ends of several video phone calls to their friends. Not even work related.

I bought some parts online to be picked up in store. that's a review for the other store, however, I also have one for this one as well. I found the same items at another retailer for half the price. so, I was going to return these three items that I purchased. I'm attempting to return the items and the associate keeps telling me that that's not the right card it's the only card I have and they kept telling me that my card ends in 0000. I told him nobody's card ends in 0000. because it was O'Reilly's system issue they were unwilling to override and put it on the card. they wanted to give me an in-store credit. I didn't pay with in-store credit. I paid with my bank card. so, yet again another hassle that I have to deal with with O'Reilly Auto parts. two in one day. I'm don't think I'm coming back after I get these returned.
