It's a motel 6 so I don't have super high expectations. The rooms are what you would expect (-the coffee maker that used to be standard or black out curtains) the location is convenient to what we needed, but the service is hit or miss. We have stayed here for 2 events & there is one woman who has been there each time who isn't rude but isn't welcoming or friendly. In all my stays at hotels she was the first who didn't have any sort of welcome when we arrived. The rest of the lobby staff meets expectations & the young man there this time was extremely friendly & welcoming & set the whole last stay off & the right foot. Also the housekeeper who was working the first morning we were there was welcoming & friendly. I don't expect a stay at motel 6 to have the service of the Hilton but best constructive criticism is not everyone has that will leave the light on for you attitude which has a big impact on how I feel about an overflowing garbage can or chipped paint

Staff was friendly, the room was very clean. No carpet, which is a huge plus in my book. Great location! I don't normally book at Motel 6 but if this is their new standard I will start. I definitely would stay here again.

Buckles

Their bed frames are metal and open between the legs. Watch out or you'll stub your feet all the time. No coffee in the room. Other than that, Everything else was great. the price was great too. Beds are comfortable for me. I won't stay there again until they screw some 4 to 6 inch boards around those bed legs.

We did not have a good experience with this location. We had booked the room for two night. On the second day the maid came into our room without consent and went threw all of our belongings. Took out our sealed bag of weed from our bag and put it on the counter. Took a picture of it and changed us for smoking in the room. Earlier that day on our way out we seen her cleaning a room without a mask or gloves on. She had moved all of our belongings. Encluding putting my clothes back in our bags and my makeup from the counter and our shoes. I’m not only upset about the $150 charge when we did NOT smoke in the room but now I’m concerned I could be infected with covid. Needless to say we won’t be staying at this location ever again. Please be cautious of this location. I have stayed that the one in Bend with no issues I highly recommend that location.
