Stopped by this location to get a tie rod (specifically the linkage in between both tie rod ends). The thin guy with the beard seems to get irritated when you ask questions was no help at all. I asked him for a tie rod and he went and got the part. I told him that wasn’t the right part so I explained to him I need the tie rod with the threaded pole also. He was clueless to what I was talking about and even made a suggestion that I was looking for a sway bar link. He was no help and seemed irritated when I was trying to explain what I was looking for. I went to another store, and explained exactly as I had to the guy with the beard, and the female clerk said “your looking for the tie rod sleeve. Please advise him that it’s is a tie rod sleeve that joins the inner and outer tie rods. Maybe if he took the time to listen, he wouldn’t have gotten irritated as if my questions didn’t make sense. Attitude and body language is vital dealing in customer service
