People behind the counter are awesome, working as fast as they can to keep up with this busy store. Flies are a problem when you sit down to work and drink your coffee. Kind of gross. Too many flies so I left.

The location is very convenient, right off the exit so you can stop quickly then hop back on the freeway. Well, maybe not quickly. The Flake location is extremely slow. The drive-thru line is almost always wrapped around the building and takes awhile to clear up. Long waiting times. Also, not to mention, they’re always out of things. Over half the time I come here, they’re out of dragonfruit base, usually the berries, or lemonade or something. Usually can’t get a dragonfruit refresher from here so I get caramel macchiatos instead. I only stop at this location if I’m desperate for Starbucks that day. I prefer the Cambridge location much more. However the baristas are always friendly, never have had a problem. I got a cup from here too once and it had a huge scratch so they let me exchange it for a new one too. My main suggestion is only come here if you have time to spare. If you’re in a hurry, you’ll be late to wherever you’re going.

Pretty good. Long wait but everywhere is short staffed. My drink isn’t the best but I’d be willing to come back to try again. :)

Long line in drive thru, but went extremely fast. Friendly and kind. Drinks turned out great.
