I placed my order ahead of time. I get there and the girl that takes the payments asks for my name and couldn't find my order. She makes me pay and then proceeds to put my order in when it should have been ready to go. I waited 30 mins more for my food until the kitchen closed. To top it off I came back because she didn't put the sauce they usually put in my order, mind you i always order the same thing, and she said I had to pay extra. I was waiting patiently watching everyone come and go picking up their orders the least I could get was some sauce and not have to pay extra. On top of it just to ask for the sauce she ignored me for like 10 mins talking to her coworker. I was really disappointed at the customer service here.

The food is not fresh. It is prepared hours in advance and is served to customers upon their order. The meat of the Arroz chaufa is so dry you cannot even eat the meat. When I reported it to waiter he did not care. He was too busy worrying about his family he was servicing. Then the manager Carolina was too busy tasting the liquor behind the bar ( I guess to make sure that was still good). She was going to leave without acknowledging my concern with the food. I asked to speak with her and she was nothing but rude to me.
You have to go and see if there's something wrong ... if you do not like the atmosphere ... you do not come back ... food and attention is great
