Avoid this place , staff lives on another planet , they dont know the names of any cuts , they sold me a super gummy meat that looks like had been frozen and thawed several times. It's really strange that they sell wholesale meat cuts to other businesses and restaurants but still they sell this poor quality products to retail customers.
