Gets worse every time I visit don't even have things services available here that they say they do anymore.atm almost never works properly even compromising account info. not just location but financial union wide has become like a regular bank.. terrible. 6 months since posted this and still not a single thing has been addressed and ATMs are worse than ever.. can't pay bills because they never cleared atm deposit from before memorial day and can't deposit new checks as ATM is down and place is never open.. worse and worse every time I try to do anything with this place.. this place seriously needs to just close as not worth a damn as a bank and total B's as a credit union.. false promises added fees against.what told and signed up for.. and then the system doesn't update balances thus 5 overdraft fees for there system problem not even calculating correctly

If I can give Zero stars I would give them that because they don’t even deserve one. As soon as Im done with my financial obligations I am getting rid of them and will also advise friends and family to do the same. Very rude and nasty customer service any time I call in.

Very poor customer service. When you call you can never get anyone on the phone. The worst customer service ever.

By far and away, the worst banking institution in the state of Connecticut. Run! Put your money anywhere else. Tina Wells is the worst customer service person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with; untrained, unprofessional and needs to find a new job path quickly.

Hi Dolores, These change every year so it's smart to check and stay on top of this. For 2019, the Internal Revenue Service raised the maximum contribution to HSAs by $50 to $3,500 for individuals and $100 to $7,000 for families. Maximum catch-up contributions for people over age 55 remain at $1,000. Happy to help more if you'd like to speak to a rep. Call us anytime at 800.526.6933. Thanks

$5.00 opens your membership and is put on hold in your savings account, which is required to be a member, for the life of the account. There are no minimum balances required in the checking.
