I call to leave a message for Dr.Wang because my UTI flared up again, I waited and still no call. I did as she said and got blood and urine test yesterday. I am in so much pain,drinking so much water. I called again and whoever answered said he's going to make it top priority. The place has become a disgrace to the patients who goes there. No one cares. Well here is a follow up it's August 4th 2022 I had a 4:15 appointment to get blood drawn so I get there and when I got there they said no doctor blood work. I said then how come I was given Today to come in. She said can't do blood unless doctor orders. I ask her can she get in touch with doctor Wang. Finally after 5 minutes she got the paperwork from her. Funny thing is Dr.Wang has been bugging me to get it done and when I make the appointment no paper. The clinic bites big times. All because to get my medicine to be refill. Wish the my old doctor was still there she would have understood 😕

To refill medications for chronic illness I have to wait 3 days, but they didn't say it until my 3rd call after more than 27 hours.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! i didnt even get health care there. i had to wait 1 month between appointments , the lab was closed, and i never recieved a phone call reminding me after a month that i had an appointment . i saw a doctor for a total of ten minutes . so if you make an appointment today expect to wait a month. to see a doctor and then another month for a follow up ,if you even remember you have an appointment . they arent likely to give you a courtesy call reminding you. i dont know if you will ever see a dentist in your life time . im still waiting to see one . there is a reason most of these places have only 2 1/2 stars.
