Trying to make passport reservations is tedious and doesn’t work for any days. I’m at a lost of what to do cause u need a reservation to be seen 😢😢

You would need to print out the letter of consent and have him sign it...or bring in court order showing you have sole custody etc...or use same form for letter of consent explaining your situation if applicable.

They are sent as separate mailings. It arrives about 3 weeks later in the event that you call an say you did not get the passport. It can be reprocessed
