I had to cancel my flight for a vacation this week because of this agency. Absolute liars and are super sneaky. I went there June 23rd to renew my passport. I sent them my flight information to confirm that they’ll have the passport ready before then. Lady booked me an appointment on July 11th with USPS and told me to drop the envelope off to their office that same day. I did exactly that and asked multiple times if the passport will be ready before the 22nd, my flight date, and every time she said it will be ready on the 20th. Fast forward to the 20th and I am spam calling their office because they informed me that the passport will be at their office on the 22nd. I continuously repeated to them that my flight is that day at 7 am and there would be no way for me to travel unless I got the passport the day before. They absolutely did not care. I threatened to cancel the check that I payed for their services.. she didn’t care. She told me “okay that’s fine come pick it up I haven’t checked it in yet.” She even had the nerve to tell me to change my flight date. Once they fedexed my passport to me (on the 22nd and received it on the 23rd), the envelope had “07/22/22” written on it but the 22 was changed to 21 on it. They’re trying to make it seem like they delivered my passport on time so that when I call the bank regarding the check, it looks as though they processed everything correctly and on time. Their reasoning for my passport coming in late was because of “printer issues.” Something tells me that they just didn’t send in the paperwork right away.. absolutely would not recommend anyone go to these inconsiderate and unprofessional people.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! THE WORST !!!! incompetent liars They forgot to submit my documents, (which I learned from the us passport agency) then they perpetually assured me that I would get my passport before my trip even when it was obvious that it was not going to be possible. For some reason they submitted my documents to an office in Vermont, so I had to drive to the passport agency in Vermont myself from NYC to get the passport in time to save what was left of my family vacation. STAY AWAY!!

The service which I received is exactly as the gentleman offered. I got the passport with weeks due to delays brought on by covid but i received it on the date he stated. My only concern was with the fees which I had to pay. Whereas he initially stated $300 to get the express service, when i got to the office the price had gone up to $450 and I had already gotten the application processed at a passport office.
