Was told there is a frequent occurence of computers going down at 230pm and was told that a print out of ordered tests was needed AFTER I arrived. No receptionist. No one answers the phones.

Unfortunately the woman who drew my blood didn’t even say hello to me never mind anything that resembled being nice. The other 2 blood drawers sounded super nice, mine had an attitude. Asked for butterfly ...” if I can find one”. If she used it it was terrible. Post test bled like crazy I never bleed more than one tiny drop. This cotton ball saturated. Pain at needle site killing me. It’s almost 2 hours post test still killing me. There’s raised bump I’ve been putting pressure in to try and reduce swelling. One good thing check in easy with the symbol they sent me by email. I try to like quest, I really don’t! I tried to contact someone to talk to about test but I could only get covid recordings or many other recordings no real people! I found it all depends on who draws your blood. Since my last review I have had good people. I HAD to return here because my local hospital shut down many sites and require appointments which are all booked. So I re-rated my ratings.

Great phlebotomist, fast wait times if any and very professional.

Brutal - worst service ever. But, what's your choice?

Yes depends on the specimens

Can the results of my Lipid AST Panel be available for my MD appointment at 10:30am, Monday, April 1? I don't have an appointment for the bloodwork yet.

Results usually take 3 to 5 days before they get to the ordering physician that's why it's best to get lab work done a couple weeks prior to appointment .
