I went to rule out strep versus tonsilitis and there was a concern for Covid so I was tested and told not to return to work until the results came in. Per the PA I should get them back 24-48 hours after testing. Two days came and went and I kept calling for results and I was being told by the end of the day, finally at the end of the day they expedited my call as urgent to the lab where the lab apologized and said they’ve never seen this before but the test was picked up and taken to quest! 2 DAYS LATER, and I would have to wait another 24-36 hours! Why wasn’t this said to me one of the other times I called earlier in the day? The gentleman at the lab was apologetic and said he would reach out to urgent care to call me and follow up asap. No call that night, so the next day I called and the receptionist apologized and expedited my call as urgent to a manager and said a call should be coming soon. NOTHING, I am still waiting now and I am on day 5- this is a routine PCR test that I have still not received and no one has had the decency to call me back. Poor management and communication on their part. As someone who manages a business this is not acceptable. This is not my first poor experience with Urgent Care of Ridgefield either but after this I will used a different location

Doctor was incredibly thorough and asked a ton of questions to really understand my issue. She also leaned toward less is more which is also really helpful and appreciated.

The receptionist was so kind and extraordinarily patient with me. I was having a rough morning and she was so helpful. I’m sorry I forget her name. It was 09/26/2022 at 9am. Everyone else was super helpful too.

Long wait even though I had a scheduled appointment. The nurse and doctor were great
