Mr. Sholla helped my husband come back to the US after we were told my the embassy that there was no waivers. My husband has been living in the US for 20 years. We applied for the waiver and finally had our interview on 08/05/2021 just to be told two weeks later that he was denied and that there was no way for him to return to the US. Mr Sholla did everything possible. He sent a letter to Washington and the Embassy in the DR. March 07 of this year we had a second interview and he was approved. My husband came back to the US with his permanent green card. Do not loose hope. My family went through the hardest time during the year my husband couldn’t be with us, but thanks God and Mr Sholla my family is United again. I have no way to pay him back for all he did for us.
