Only getting two stars for the fiber internet, because it is amazing.. when it works. Then you get to deal with "customer service". The worst of any company I've ever dealt with. As soon as there is a cheaper option, I'm switching. I'll also never recommend them again.

Highly not recommended. Switched to Fiber optic in November 2021. It's been almost 6 months, They never buried the cable under ground. I called them 4 times and they sent technician 4 times to bury that. Technicians were just sitting outside in the truck and did nothing. My kids play in the yard and couple times they tipped over with that cable.
