Irresponsible staff. No one knows how to talk politely and have no accountability to the work. They all talk rude including the manager of the store. Highly disappointed with their service.

I rented a pickup to move a couch and was pleasantly surprised that at pickup everything was ready and waiting. Move went well until someone ran into the tailgate of the truck at Home Depot and did not bother to wait around. Of course I did not take the UHaul insurance but Briana (she also checked me in at pickup) was fabulous and fair in assessing the damage. What a wonderful end to a very bad situation. My thanks to Briana for her compassion, professional behavior and knowledge making this rental a great experience. I hope all of UHaul’s employees are like Briana!

A little slow with service. I had to come back 3x in order to buy a few shipping boxes. I finally came at a slow period. Nobody was in the show room , including staff. I young girl finally comes out and asks " do you need help ? " I held up the products I wanted to purchase. She replied " I can only take cash " I said that's fine. She fumbled at the terminal for 5 or 6 minutes. She goes into the back to get a young man to help her. Another 3 or 4 minutes he appears. He coached her thru the transaction. I paid her w a 20 and a few singles. There was no money In 2 terminals to make change with. She went to the 3rd terminal and made my change. She made a remark to the young man re why isnt there any cash in the terminals. That was my 3rd visit trying to buy shipping boxes. On my second visit both service people were waiting on truck rental customers. The lead woman was enthralled w the transaction she was working on. The 2nd middle aged service man was stumped and at an impasse
